Tax Deduction   Registration and fees paid to ACHSA are not deductible as charitable contributions for U.S. Federal Income Tax Purposes. However, they may be deductible under other provisions of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy   Notification of cancellation must be in writing. Cancellations postmarked or received by fax before February 1, 2010 will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received February 1 through February 15 will be refunded less 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after February 15, 2010.   Attendee substitutions are allowed, but notification must be made in writing.
