ACHSA brings quality speakers of timely subject matter to correctional health professionals. We are able to accomplish this task only through the generosity of our commercial supporters.

We invite you to exhibit, advertise, support, and participate in the 2008 ACHSA Southeast Regional Professional Development Conference.

The conference will offer you excellent opportunities for interaction with health care personnel from a broad spectrum of organizations – practitioners in private and public correctional health, from jail, prison, and juvenile settings, from the Southeast and from around the country.

Exhibit space for table tops (only) will allow frequent interaction with all participants.

We strongly encourage exhibitors to attend the conference sessions and meals, and interact with attendees.

The exhibit fee ($750) includes one representative’s full participation in all conference functions.*

Attendance at this Regional Conference is limited to approximately 125-150 correctional health professionals plus commercial supporters, exhibitors, and speakers to provide a more intimate and interactive learning environment.

*Exhibitor registrations include admission to all conference sessions and food functions; eligibility for CME/CE credit requires registration as a conference attendee.

Location

The 2008 ACHSA Southeast Regional Professional Development Conference will be held at the Sheraton Read House Hotel, Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Deadlines

Exhibit reservations must be received with payment by August 15, 2008 in order to be listed in the Program Guide.

Hotel reservations must be made by August 27, 2008 to get the special room rate of $100.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations received prior to August 1, 2008 will be refunded less $100 per table rented. Between August 1 and August 15, refunds of half the table rental cost will be made. After August 15, no refunds of any amount will be made.
